Cooking Inspiration

Best cooking class ever! Plus you get to do the cooking and learn techniques from the chefs AND you get to eat all the yummy food. I took their series of 3 basic cooking classes and found them to be a great foundation for becoming a relaxed and very creative cook. The classes were a lot of fun and inspiring. My husband was supposed to attend, but canceled and I substituted girlfriends on two occasions. They both loved the class as well and were equally inspired. We all still use reciptes from the class and are some of the best recipes we have. I am now famous for my Rustic Apple Tort and biscotti. Both are the best ever according to those who have tried them.

The Wedding of My Dreams

Blue Ribbon gave me the opportunity to recreate the wedding I had been dreaming of since I was a little girl. The facility is absolultely beautiful, and the staff extremely accomodating and helpful, not to mention the food was fabulous! Best food I've ever had at a wedding!
